It is a pity this recorder of yours has the misconception that all college students hired by the city to work summer jobs are working to support their drug and alcohol habits. This person must have some pretty intolerable kids of their own. Please assure this idiot that not all kids working for the city and earning a salary are there just to support bad habits.
