TOP TEN REASONS TO SEE THE END OF THE TOUR!

This email below was posted on Berwyn Talks blog from Ted Korbos. And it is so good, I just had to give you a snippet here. Thanks Ted for your approval and your wit! Take it away, Ted! "In my best David Letterman fashion, here are my top 10 reasons to see The End of the Tour
10. Ronald Reagan - his speeches, his home town and his former girlfriends (sort of).
9. The 16th Street Theater - its intimate setting allows the play to grab you by the throat.
8. Tommy - the stereotypical Sox fan - dressing sloppy, guzzling beer and conjecturing about menopause and love.
7. Silence - the silent acting in the "off-screen" scenes that play out in darkness next to the "on-screen" main scene.
6. Chuck - the husband whose world is falling apart, walking around with a dying cat in a cardboard box."

Performances now thru March 6, 2010 on Thursdays and Fridays at 7:30 PM. Saturdays at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Purchase online tickets here. or call (708) 795-6704 x105 for more info. Featuring Roslyn Alexander, Valerie Gorman, Kevin Mayes, Kathleen Powers, Madrid St. Angelo, H.B. Ward and Ron Wells.

Economic Development
This message is neither political or arts-related, but is purely Berwyn-related.

If you would like to help Berwyn develop economically, please go to McDonalds, at Roosevelt and Harlem, on Wednesday, February 17, 2010, between noon and two pm.

You need not like McDonalds, but by being there, certain better things may happen in the future in Berwyn.

Sorry I can not say anything further. Mum is the word.

Bottom line, if you happen to be in Berwyn on Wednesday, February 17, 2010, stop on in McDonald's between noon and 2 pm.

Or not.

Berwyn Billboard Survey
Last year, and perhaps the year before that, and possibly even the year before that, many of you took just a few minutes to respond to a short survey that helped us develop the City of Berwyn's marketing campaign. Your answers were incredibly helpful then, and we hope you'll be willing to help us out again this year.

There are just 2 questions this time (it's not gonna take but about 90 seconds total). And of course, please pass this on to any friends you may or may not have. Just follow the link below to get to our survey, which will be open through this week:

Check it out. Or not.
