City Council Recap, 10-23-07
Berwyn now has an amended Dangerous Animal Ordinance. The Ordinance now has teeth and will make it tougher on owners who do not care for their animals.

If you have a burglar alarm or security system, the City has raised the fines for false alarms.

The City decorations were approved for this year for the holidays at the end of the year.

That is about it. There were 45 items submitted.

Town Hall Meeting, 10-27-07, Police Station
Please read. There is a Senior Town Hall Meeting with state reps and senators attending. Also, Congressman Lipinski will be present.

The meeting is set for Saturday, 10-27-07 at the Police Station, from 9 am to 11 am. Feel free to tell seniors you know to attend.

More importantly, since I can not attend, I would appreciate if all those that have problems with the CN Railroad to attend.

I have spoken to Lipinski one time about two months ago and like the railroad, he gave me lip service.

Show him the City of Berwyn cares and wants him, being on the Transportation Committee, to do something.

So, do attend; or not.
